Receipts and Invoices
Having a receipt is always important! Whether you simply want a record of the money you've spent, or needing a receipt for a potential warranty claim years down the road, making sure you have a receipt is essential! (See? Your mom was right when she said to keep your receipts.)
At WANDRD, we send two receipts with every order! One will come in your order confirmation email the moment you place your order. It will include the items purchased, the taxes and shipping you paid, and will look similar to the following:
The second receipt you'll receive is actually going to be in the package when it arrives to your home! It will contain the items purchased as well as some warehouse references about the order. It will look similar to this:
If you ever need any further receipts or invoice records, don't hesitate to contact customer service at support@wandrd.com! We're happy to look through our database if it was purchased online with us in order to get you an invoice. If you ever need to submit a warranty claim, the only number you need to hold onto is your order number which will start with either an "N" or an "E."
