Tracking says Delivered, but it's not here.

Fortunately this is an extremely rare situation, but we find that most of the times the tracking says this, the item still arrives within the day, or even the next few days! Please check around any other doors it could've been delivered to, with your neighbors, or at the front desk/lobby of your building.

We've also seen carriers accidentally mis-scan packages delivered when they're actually still out for delivery or at the local hub. 

If you purchased Order Protection (Checkout+) on your order, please submit a claim in order for you to receive a replacement or refund.

Otherwise, if three days goes by and you still don't have your package, please contact us and we'll help you out with next steps! If your package has been stolen, please file a police report. Porch pirates are the worst!
